Covers the project management, procurement, fabrication, installation, refurbishment, commission and maintenance of metal products including:
Commercial food/beverage preparation, refrigerated storage and dispensing equipment for the food service industry.
Sanitary commercial wash room plumbing equipment, urinals, wash troughs and shower trays.
Decorative architectural metal artwork, paneling, balustrades, stair rails, shop fronts and curtain walls, street furniture and bus shelters.
Precision repetitive components to close tolerances for cabinets, building components, cubicles, electronic racks.
Commercial kitchen equipment fit-out including exhaust and grease extraction systems.
Stainless steel drainage channels, sumps, grates and gulleys.
Materials used in fabrication are predominantly stainless steel, but also include other ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Technologies involved include CAD drafting, metal finishing, CNC machining, CNC sheetmetal punching and bending, laser cutting, robot and manual TIG and MIG welding, metal fabrication and assembly processes.
