CAPABILITY STATEMENT

Everything Metal is a privately-owned commercial metal fabricator based in Banyo, on Brisbane's north side. The company has fabricated in stainless steel, aluminium, mild steel and galvanised steel since 1998, and has held ASSDA accreditation since 2010.

Everything Metal handles the complete job in-house. Design and drafting, laser cutting, press brake folding, rolling, MIG and TIG welding, and surface finishing all run under one roof at the Banyo workshop, with no drafting or cutting sub-contracted to third parties. A single team manages each project from quote through to delivery.

Stainless steel work is carried out in a dedicated contamination-free facility using pulse MIG and pulse TIG welding. The company fabricates across all common stainless grades to the hygiene and traceability standards required by commercial kitchens, healthcare facilities, food processing plants and more.

The workshop is equipped for large, specified work, featuring specialised sheet metal laser cutters, tube and pipe laser cutters, plate and angle rollers, CNC press brakes and a 5-tonne gantry crane, while remaining flexible enough to take on one-off and short-run jobs.
